Terms of Service

Welcome to ShuMuz Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the regulations governing the use of our bespoke client portal and collaborator workspaces. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
1. Account Terms
When creating a client account via email verification or Google OAuth:
- You must provide accurate and verifiable information, including your legal name.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and authentication keys.
- You must immediately report any suspected breaches or unauthorized account use to our support channel.
2. Workspace Conduct & Data
Our platform coordinates technical project outcomes. In using these workspaces, you agree:
- Not to upload files that exceed the 10MB individual limit or contain malicious software.
- That all tasks, messages, and document assets created are bound by database-level security and shared only with designated administrators.
- Not to bypass or attempt to modify Row-Level Security policies or system APIs.
3. Deliverables & IP
Ownership, licensing rights, and delivery agreements for custom engineering assets, codebases, and intellectual property remain governed by separate, bilateral services agreements signed directly between ShuMuz Labs and the client.
4. Disclaimer & Liability Limit
The platform, dashboards, and portals are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShuMuz Labs disclaims liability for any service stalls, system downtimes, or data loss occurring outside our immediate systems infrastructure control.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon their publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
